The "Bel Air" is not simply a "home away from home" - it also offers you the best of Seychellois hospitality from the heart of Mahé.

While its colonial style architecture allows you to step back in time, it's refurbished rooms are fully equipped with private WC, shower and bath, air conditioning and telephone will ensure that you have all the simple comforts required.

On top of that your hosts Roland and Natasha will spoil you throughout your holiday and help you see Mahé by arranging car hire, taxi, boat trips etc on your behalf. Car rental can be pre-booked by clicking "additional options and services".

After a hot day on the beach you may wish to cool down along with other guests in the hotel's cosy lounge and private bar.

Should you never the less want your privacy, Bel Air's spacious grounds, where Hibiscus is forever in bloom, offers you a little corner of your own. Or better still you can relax on it's balcony which overlooks the marine national park and it's cluster or islands.

Hotel Bel Air has five twin-bedded rooms and two double rooms. It's proximity to town makes the botanical garden, souvenir shops and Victoria market all accessible on foot.

Accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults.

NOTE: Car rental includes unlimited mileage and third party vehicle insurance. Collision damage waiver CDW Euro 5 per day is collected directly from the client on collection of vehicle by Bel Air Cars. It is a collission damage waiver, as Bel Air Cars is not fully comprehensive, whereby if client has an accident the liability is up to Euro 1000*. If client does not take the CDW, the client is responsible for any damange caused to the vehicle which can exceed Euro 1000. Charges apply for loss, parking fines or fuel used as well. An imprint of the driver's credit card is taken when hiring the vehicle. *Other conditions apply.

3.  The booking system will select the cheapest offer available and you will receive an instant no-obligation quotation and your file will be Under process.   

As soon as the hotel and/or car rental confirms that your selection is available, you will be notified that your booking option is open.   

• Deposit Payment

To make a booking, 30% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by Hotel Bel Air and where applicable Bel Air Cars.

Note that you will be required to present the same credit card used to pay the above deposit for authentification purposes. 

As soon as your deposit is processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation.

Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy
22 days or more prior to arrival : At hotel's discretion
21 - 15 days prior to arrival : 30% of total booking amount
14 - 7 days days prior to arrival : 55% of total booking amount
6 days or less prior to arrival or 'No Show' : 100% of total booking amount

The above policy is provided as a guideline only and may vary, especially during peak periods. It is the hotel's discretion what cancellation/change of booking fees will be applied, as well as bank charges and admin fees for any refunds made to credit cards. Once you have received your Booking Confirmation on behalf of the above accommodation provider, any cancellations or change of booking dates are to communicated in writing directly with the guesthouse and where applicable car rental booked.
