Located in a valley with a well-kept garden surrounded by abundant vegetation and mountain backdrop, each apartment has simple furnishing with 2 double bedrooms with fans (non-aircon), living room, private verandah/balcony, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen with gas oven and extra bed option. Accommodation can be booked as 2 adults or 4 adults, both with optional 1 extra bed for child 2-12 years (extra person supplement) and/or 1 cot for infant. Deposit Payment

To make a booking, 30% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by Koko Villa and where applicable Kobe Cars.

Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy

5 days or more prior to arrival : At hotel's discretion

1 - 4 days prior to arrival : 50% of total booking amount

No Shows : 100% of total booking amount
