A very private hotel ... Set in an amphitheatre of coconut trees and flowers in a vast private estate, hotel l’Archipel has 30 spacious rooms and suites all with verandah and panoramic ocean view. There in front of you for your pleasure alone is one of the most beautiful bays in the Seychelles.

The spice trail… L’Archipel serves some of the finest food in the Seychelles. If you would like a particular dish, don’t hesitate to ask for it. The fish of the day is freshly caught. Just choose how you would like it cooked.

Dreams with a view… L’Archipel offers 7 large suites (of up to 150sqm) and 23 deluxe bedrooms each 40sqm. Each is named after an island, and like islands is secluded and quiet to ensure your privacy. All have their own unique view of the Indian Ocean.

Sports fishing and a deserted island… Go deep-sea fishing with one of the Seychelles’ best fisherman and discover other islands. Dive in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and see marine life as curious as you are. Windsurfing and boat hire can also be arranged. You can even take a helicopter trip to choose your beach for the next day. Or you could choose to spend a few hours alone on a small island, just five minutes off-shore.

To do everything and do it better… Doing nothing could mean sipping a cocktail whilst watching another romantic sunset, discussing the morning’s fishing, lying in a hammock rocked by the gentle trade winds or lazing around the infinity-edge swimming-pool. Rent a car and visit the stunning ‘Vallée de Mai’ to see nature as it was a million years ago. Spend an evening in the nearby casino or simply enjoy the excellent food in the restaurant.

ACCOMMODATION

All 23 Deluxe rooms of the hotel are spacious (approx 44sqm) with sea view and air-conditioning. All have a king size bed, direct line telephone, mini bar, tea and coffee making facility, safe, hairdryer and satellite television. The bath room is equipped with shower, two wash hand basins and separate toilet. Some rooms are equipped with baths. All have a terrace of 12 sqm.

The 3 Senior suites are a little larger (approx. 65sqm) and have all the amenities of the deluxe rooms, with an additional lounge area & walk-in wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and bidet, and separate toilet. Terrace of 12sqm.

L'Archipel offers also 4 Executive suites of 120sqm each. They have a separate lounge and a veranda (+17sqm). In addition to the comfort of the above rooms, they have a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with bath and shower. Outlet for Fax & Internet is also available. The lounge with its own shower and toilet may be used as a children’s room.

DINING

Two restaurants await you : La Feuille d'Or in the main building near the swimming pool (serving dinner) and Bonm Ange on the beach (for Breakfast buffet and a la carte lunch). Twice a week, the Creole buffet is a memorable experience! Live Entertainment in the evening twice a week. Note: Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant for dinner.

BARS

Between the swimming pool and the restaurant, the Cocktail Lounge & Bar is located to offer you some exquisite flavourful drinks. There is also a Beach Bar (Opening Hours: 8.am to 6.pm). Shorts are not allowed in the Cocktail Lounge & Bar after 7.p.m.

BEACH OR SWIMMING POOL?

The private beach at the hotel is a white sand beach. At sunset, the swimming pool becomes the meeting point, dancing candle-lit dinners are organised weekly (weather permitting).

WATER, LEISURE AND SPORTS

Activities such as snorkelling equipment, windsurfing and canoeing are free of charge. Boat transfers for snorkelling is an extra charge.

Other sporting activities and excursions organised by the hotel are payable. These include scuba diving, deep sea fishing and bottom fishing with skipper Pierre d'Offay aboard 'Bigarage' and blue water fly fishing with a professional guide. Also excursions to neighbouring Islands.

OTHER FACILITIES

Wireless internet facility in lounge, a billiard room, a souvenir shop, car and boat excursions, massage on request.
