- Deposit Payment
To make a booking, 30% pre-payment (minimum 2 nights) is required by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please book as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed until this amount is charged to your credit card by Koko Villa and where applicable Kobe Cars.

Cancellation/Change of Booking Policy
5 days or more prior to arrival : At hotel's discretion
1 - 4 days prior to arrival : 50% of total booking amount
No Shows : 100% of total booking amount
